DM constructs an innovative showroom

The need

The Metro Motor Company markets Yamaha bikes and scooters. The company set its goal to be a leader in professionalism and innovation. In order to convey this status to its customers, the company asked us to set up an innovative and advanced showroom that would transform the customer service experience, leaving customers with a sense of being exposed to innovation and advancement in this field as in others…

The solution

To create an innovative, advanced and alluring showroom, we procured a variety of modern technological solutions. After careful and creative planning – we started building the showroom. We erected a large number of LED walls, some facing the outer wall towards the crowded street and others facing the indoor showroom of the shop. We put up a VR connection system to illustrate to the customer the product he/she is about to purchase in the most accurate way. This simulator is innovative and revolutionary and we are proud to be the pioneers in the field of simulators for showrooms in Israel.

In addition, we have installed advanced sound systems that add yet another dimension to the unique shopping experience that the Metro Motor Company gives its customers.

The Knights’ halls

The need

The Knights’ Halls of Acre complex is located in the historic crusader buildings complex covering an area of 8,300 square meters. A unique visitor center, set up at the site, represents the 4,000-year-old story of the buildings in the complex. In order to create an enjoyable and interesting visit to the Halls, we were asked to add advanced multimedia and audio solutions that would impress visitors with high-quality illustrations and visual presentations.

The challenges we faced included execution of meticulous operations, while keeping archaeological findings in place, installing the products in humid conditions, requiring us to import and use weather-resistant equipment allowing for optimal presentation of the exhibits, while reducing the audio volume in order to comply with the audio limit level permitted on the site..

The solution

After fully designing the project details and getting all the necessary approvals, we installed advanced audio and video systems to enhance visitors’ appreciation of the site. We created accessibility solutions tailored to people with disabilities and special needs.

The audio systems provide high-quality and smooth sound and enable listening to vocal guidance and explanations provided on the site via durable headphones. All of the equipment installed in the Halls was carefully selected and feature high durability over time and is tailored to the weather conditions that typify the area and the structure.

Memorial hall

The need

The National Memorial Hall For Israel’s Fallen, inaugurated on Mount Herzl on Memorial Day of 2017, expresses the respect, appreciation and commitment that the country and its citizens show towards those who fell in Israel’s battles.

It was an honor for us to contribute to this important national project by providing the means of communication, computing, information security, application development, multimedia and the integration between these constituents. The purpose of the project was to affect visitors with a personal and collective sense of commemoration. To achieve this goal, we looked for creative solutions for integrating advanced multimedia systems within the site’s unique architectural design. We attempted to create an automated system that is constantly updated from an alternating database and to transmit the personal and collective memories through a technology that would leave visitors with a meaningful experience.

The solution

We used a variety of advanced technological solutions to create a powerful and touching memorial experience. We installed a smart technological system by which a visual candle lights up for each victim on the date he fell. We created an 18-meter display including 6 projectors and synchronization systems to achieve a uniform and perfect image quality. We constructed a white detection system by which any victim can be singled out of approximately 23,000 victims represented in the site. We added a DB synchronized system exhibiting daily, the names of the victims fallen on that day.

For a memorable and pleasant sound experience, we installed a background music system that accompanies the visitor throughout his visit to the Halls. In addition, we installed an infrastructure for audio-video presentations fit for use on ceremonies. This system is concealed when not in use, in a way that does not interfere with daily tours of the premises.

All the information security systems installed in the project were carefully chosen and meet the highest standards.
